The vendor voted best of the Holiday decorated booth will win a cash prize of $150, the winner will be announced via Brussel’s Cafe Live Facebook at the end of the night.
Artisans & vendors showcasing their one-of-a-kind Holiday creations & Christmas gifts.
While you bring the spirit of a traditional Holiday event for our community to enjoy with their family & friends.
We expect each vendor & artisan to decorate their standard 10'x10' canopy booth with a tasteful & cheerful Holiday theme of their choice. Another portion of your vendor fees will also help us in raising funds to be donated to a local non-profit organization SCAAP , this amount will help local children from lesser mean families in getting presents for Christmas.

Your application will be reviewed promptly,
1. We Will limit product duplication to participate in the Downtown Chambersburg Christmas Market
2. Vendors will be reviewed to ensure that their artisanal-crafted products align with the vision of the Christmas Market's overall goals. Due to the limited spaces available, we encourage each vendor & Artisans to theme their products & gifts to meet the Holiday spirit for greater application acceptance.
Vendor's fee
Single Space 10'x10': $75
Double Space 20'x10': $110
( flat rate only, we will not charge you a sales % at the end of the Christmas market event)
You will be able to find the payment link attached in the email after being welcome & your product has been reviewed for the above criteria.

Note* Registration fees are non refundable , If you are not able to make it to the event due to any circumstance please let us know asap.

This year we are welcoming a select amount of non-profit organizations to join us during the Downtown Christmas Market.
Please note, we expect the non-profit organization to have fun, to decorate their own 10'x10' canopy booth in a Holiday / Christmas tasteful fashion.
Please add in the message note, if you are planning to sell products to raise funds for your non-profits or if your booth will be for informational purposes.
